We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Associate to join our team.
The Digital Marketing Associate plays an important role in the execution of an integrated marketing and communications strategy that builds caseload and visibility, aids recruiting efforts, and reflects our brand and the role we play within the veterinary market. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager (MCM), the Digital Marketing Associate will actively participate in engaging our various audiences, especially via digital platforms, and in evolving marketing initiatives focused primarily on social media.
The Digital Marketing Associate will be expected to perform the responsibilities described below, as well as any that are reasonably requested.
Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Create and maintain a content management system for scheduling and regular and frequent publishing.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor social media trends.

Monitor and report on campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Content Creation

Collaborating with the MCM and other staff members, create engaging social media posts, as well as content for websites, blogs, blasts and newsletters.

Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure quality and consistency with the CUVS brand.

Collaboration
-
Work closely with cross functional teams, including CMO-COO, Director of Clinical Operations, Human Resources and other relevant parties to maintain a consistent brand and message, and to execute marketing strategies.

Actively engage with the clinical teams and hospital functions to understand our services, our value and our brand, identifying and generating stories worthy of promotion.

Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate and evolve ideas, ideas and plans.

Assist in other Marketing department activities, including data and contact list management, events (educational and community), marketing campaigns, and relationship building.
SEO and Analytics

Assist with optimizing website content for search engine optimization (SEO).

Use tools such as Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior to provide actionable insights.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.

Analyze customer insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies.
VETERINARY
DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to convey the company’s brand voice through posts, photos and video content across a variety of platforms.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience working in social media.

Experience working in the veterinary or healthcare industry preferred.

An understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video creating/editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Candidate must provide examples of prior social media content.
